Freudian Interpretation of Dreams

In the interpretation of dreams, Freud laid out a formula to help interpret dreams and their meanings. The formula could help interpret one of the most confusing dreams. Freud's theory relays on the sen sore part of the brain which edits the dreams you have. Sometimes the powerful emotions coming from dreams, would wake you during the night because the fulfillment could not be bearable. "The sen sore transforms the dream content to disguise it's true meaning" (Freudian Interpretation of Dreams). Freud called dreams a desire, dream work. There a number of processes like: displacement which shifts the emotion from one idea to another, condensation which fuses together multiple thoughts into a single symbol, and symbolization and projection where dream work components join together to change and redirect dream thoughts and images into acceptable forms. The name of a real dream is the latent dream.
In my opinion this video explain a lot of various things. For instance the processes of interpreting dreams, plus there meanings. The video could have used a little more information then what was given. I think this video can help you learn about dreams because Freud was one of the first people to learn about dreams and things surrounding them. Overall the video was good, but like I said there could have been some better parts where more information could have been used.
